How to Use
Please put the TENS unit massager on your skin before start. Try to increase intensity of output one by one and wait for about 10 seconds if no pulse is sensed.
1. Press the + button again, The first light Blinks, and you will get the pulse massage.2. Press "+" key to increase the tens level , Press "-" key to decrease the tens level.
3. Press the "M" to choose the mode, Press "-" button to turn off the machine.
